Most eCommerce stores load up their item pages with features that are designed to engage the shopper and hopefully get them to click “add to cart” and proceed to the checkout. But not every shopper responds to the same order inducing features in the same way.
Product reviews may get the nod for being THE feature that brings in orders on a site selling kitchen appliances, while a store that sells car tires has a hard time getting their customers to even write a review.
