This weekend we hit up the first day of SeaWorld Orlando’s Seven Seas Food Festival which is running every Saturday now through May 13, 2017. We arrived late in the day, so we didn’t get to experience all of the different food and beverage booths, but after our initial visit, we’re going to head back!
The Seven Seas Food Festival features more than 55 craft beers and over 60 different dishes to enjoy. You can purchase food and drink items individually, or you can buy a 10 or 15 item sampling lanyard that entitles you to that number of items from any of the festival food booths. Prices are $40 and $55 on top of park admission – if you’re an Annual Passholder like we are, you get a discount!
In addition to the food and beverage offerings, concerts are held at no additional charge except for reserved and reserved front row seating. Before we dive into what to eat and drink, here’s the entertainment lineup:
February 11 – Lynyrd Skynyrd
February 18 – Lee Brice
February 25 – Bill Engvall

Now onto the food. There are 11 different booths to check out, each with their own menu. As we sample the different items, I’ll add out thoughts and photos.
Asian Market
- Vietnamese Shrimp Spring Rolls with Sweet Chili Sauce
- REVIEW: A pretty typical spring roll. It had a nice amount of shrimp but there was way too much sauce on the plate as you can see in the photo. The promotional photos at the booth showed two rolls, however, we only got one.

Be sure to pick up a festival guide at the different food booths, so you can mark off what you’ve sampled.
Prices for the individual dishes and drinks seem to be less than what Disney World gets for their festival eats. The crowd on the first day of this festival was heavy and we were there at the end of the day. Based on some of the staff we talked to, it was a busy opening day, and crowds are expected to be the same on each Saturday of the festival’s run.
